If you are an undergraduate student, postgraduate student or UNSW staff, your loans will be automatically renewed seven days before their due date provided they meet automatic loan renewal criteria.
There are several reasons why your loan may not be renewable.
Loans may not renew if you have overdue item(s), fines or blocks on your account.
Items may not renew if your loan has reached the maximum loan renewal duration.
