I can't access an online resource from my course reading list. What should I do?

If you are having technical problems with the Library's online resources, see our checklist. Many access problems can be resolved by updating your browser to the latest version, clearing your browser cache and search history or trying a different browser.

Ensure the computer you are using meets the Library's system requirements and that your UNSW login details are correct.
