Where do I collect requested items?

FAQ

Pick up requested items from the UNSW Library location you nominated in your request:

Main Library - from the Request pickups lockers near the Help Zone on Level 2
Law and Paddington Library - from the Reservation shelf in the High Use Collection (HUC) room.
Main Library In Library Use Only items - ask Help Zone staff during Main Library staff hours.
UNSW Canberra, Academy Library - ask Service Desk staff during Academy Library staff hours.

You will need to pick up items within the hold period before they are returned to the shelf or placed on hold for the next client in the queue.
