A change to personal details, including your name must be requested from The Nucleus: Student Hub or UNSW HR. This can be done through your myUNSW record. For more information see Correction or change of personal details
Changes to personal details will then gradually sync across UNSW systems, including UNSWorks. It is important to complete this update before your student record becomes inactive, as changes made after this point will not be reflected in UNSWorks. If you no longer have access to myUNSW, please contact UNSW IT for assistance.
In the meantime, you can still continue to deposit your thesis in UNSWorks. You do not need to wait for your name change to be processed. Your name will be automatically updated in UNSWorks once the change has been completed in myUNSW.
