How do I contact the Library?

When you can't visit the Help Zone in person, contact us online or via phone.

  • Use live chat from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
  • Submit an Ask a question form
  • Call the Library +61 2 9065 9444 during staffed hours
  • Library Help Point phones available near lift foyer on each level at Main Library (except Level 2)

Note: UNSW Library hours may change at short notice.
