By default, Library collection only search items that are part of the UNSW collection.

There are two advantages to selecting ‘Add results beyond the Library’s collection’:

1. You can view more full-text resources on the results page via the 'View article' link.

2. You can submit a pre-filled interlibrary loan request if a resource is not available in the Library:

   • To check eligibility for interlibrary loans, see UNSW Sydney and UNSW Canberra Academy Library.

   • To place a request, sign in and click through to the full record, then select the ‘Interlibrary loan request’ link.
